Your horse's health record no longer lives in a drawer, but in your pocket. Vet findings, vaccination certificate, deworming logs, everything digital, sorted, with reminders so nothing slips.

A full record per horse

Per horse you log entries across multiple types:

• Vaccinations (tetanus, influenza, herpes, rabies, others)
• Dewormings with date, product and dose
• Vet visits (general) with diagnosis, treatment and notes
• Dental appointments with findings and next maintenance date
• Farrier visits
• Medications with dosage and follow-up note
• Surgeries, x-rays, blood tests with date and findings

For each entry you can add a photo of the findings, weight, temperature, hoof condition and general condition, if relevant. Whatever you don't need stays blank.

Upcoming, not forgotten

Every entry with a "next due date", vaccination booster, dewormer, dental check, appears in the "Upcoming" view. You see at a glance what's due in the next 60 days. On top of that you can enable push or email reminders in the notifications.

Filter that clears your head

The record is filterable by type: one tap on the filter icon in the topbar, then show only vaccinations, only vet visits, only medications. When your horse has 80 entries and the vet asks "when was the last tetanus booster?", you'll thank this filter.

Immediately available in an emergency

In an emergency you open the record with one tap. Emergency contacts (vet, farrier, clinic), current medications, known diagnoses, all on one screen. Whoever helps at the stable without a HorseCompanion account can scan the emergency QR code on the stall door and see the same emergency info as a public web page.

Export for the vet

The entire health record can be exported as CSV, handy when the vet changes or a second opinion is needed.

Frequently asked questions

What health data can I record?

Vaccinations, dewormings, general vet visits, farrier visits, dental appointments, medications, surgeries, x-rays and blood tests. Per entry: date, product, diagnosis, treatment, dosage, follow-up date and notes.

Does the app remind me of due appointments?

Yes. Every entry with a "next due date" (e.g. vaccination, deworming, dental) appears in the "Upcoming" view. You see at a glance what's due in the next 60 days.

How do I filter the record?

Use the filter icon in the topbar to pick a type (vaccination, deworming, vet, farrier, dental, medication, surgery, x-ray, blood test). The list narrows down, the active filter is clearly marked.
